On November 16th, (Friday) and 17th, (Saturday), New Life Church in Colorado Springs will be hosting Love & Respect, (a marriage conference with a difference by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs and his wife, Sarah). A reminder, our annual Thanksgiving dinner is that Sunday, November 18th. So if you had plans for a romantic extra day in Colorado you might want to take that into consideration. We are trying to arrange the most economical means for the trip. We are estimating a cost of around $130 per couplenot including transportation. Many couples are taking their own vehicle and are welcoming others to ride with them. The church is offering the use of the church van for free transportation for the first five or six couples who request that option. (The van will be returning on that Saturday after the conference.) The cost of the conference is $35 per person. You must register on line by goint to www.newlifechurch.org/ and navigate your way to the Love and Respect conference registration form. You will be responsible for your own food and lodging. We are looking at getting a block of rooms for those who are interested at a discounted price.
