Could a shoe box change someone's life? You bet it can! Each year Operation Christmas child delivers thousands of boxes filled with presents to children who have NEVER received a Christmas present before. They use this opportunity to share the love and story of what Jesus did for each one of us. You and your family can change a child's life forever by simply packing a shoe box full of gifts this holiday season. This year, we are excited to partner together with Samaritan’s Purse and Operation Christmas Child to send shoe box gifts to children in areas of poverty and crisis around the world. We are going to make this fun and easy for you and your family! We are going to give you the box and a simple fun guide to make a complete night out of it for you and your family! This project is a great opportunity to help remind children to be thankful for all the wonderful blessings they have and how to be generous to others. Our goal is to provide OCC with 150 boxes this year. Boxes and Family Packets will be available Sunday, October 30 at guest services.
